info

What This Is: A complete system to audit your time, define your Zone of Genius, and systematically eliminate everything else. Most founders spend only 5% of their time on $10,000/hour work. This toolkit gets you to 80%.

warningWhy You Need This

Most founders spend 80% of their time doing $15/hour work — support, admin, scheduling — and only 2 hours a week on $10,000/hour work like closing deals, setting strategy, and building partnerships.

This creates burnout, stunts growth, and wastes your single highest-leverage asset: your time. This toolkit shows you exactly where your time is going and gives you a month-by-month roadmap to fix it.

tips_and_updates

Tip 1: The "$10K/Hour" Mindset — Before saying yes to any task, ask: "Would I pay $10,000 to spend an hour on this?" If no, delegate it to someone who costs $30/hour.

Tip 2: Batch Low-Leverage Work Into One Slot — Don't scatter admin throughout the week. One 2-hour block (Friday 3–5pm) for email, Slack, and expense reports. Everything else stays clear for Genius work.

Tip 3: Track "Genius Hours" Like Revenue — What gets measured gets managed. Week 1: 5 Genius hours. Week 8: 20. Week 12: 32. The number only goes up.

Tip 4: Default to "No" for All Meetings — Unless a meeting is directly tied to Genius work, your default answer is no. Protect your calendar from other people's priorities.
